What we will never charge for

  • Job seekers never pay — applying for any job is 100% free, forever.
  • £0 property commission — list or find a home with no commission, ever.
  • 0% marketplace commission and £0 listing fees — you keep what you earn.
  • We never sell your personal data, and we never take a cut of your wages.
  • No hidden fees, no pay-to-rank, no surprise charges at checkout.

What we do charge for (clearly)

Pula Love (optional)

Women free forever. Men pay £10/month — and that's the only charge. No other fees on Love.

Optional premium features

Sellers and businesses can choose paid boosts or premium tools. Always optional — the core service stays free.

Pula-owned services

Any paid subscription is for a Pula-owned, non-regulated service and is shown clearly before you pay.

How we verify

  • Employers and businesses are checked before they can be marked Verified.
  • Care roles link to real, named hiring organisations — no anonymous listings.
  • A fairness cap limits how many results one business can dominate.
  • Trust and verification come before relevance and proximity in every ranking.

Safeguarding & safety

We keep buyer–seller chat in-app for safety, offer safety guides and a quick way to report concerns, and we are not a bank, employer, or immigration authority — we connect people to trusted opportunities and always tell you when to get independent advice.

We never sell your data. We're UK GDPR and Botswana Data Protection Act aligned, you can export or delete your data at any time, and optional cookies are always opt-in.
