Code of Conduct

How we treat each other on Pula

Pula is a community built on trust and dignity. These are the standards every member, buyer, seller and business agrees to. Breaking them can lead to removal to keep everyone safe.

What we expect from everyone

  • Treat everyone with respect — all genders, identities, backgrounds, faiths and abilities are welcome.
  • Be honest. Describe items, services and businesses truthfully, and keep your promises.
  • Keep it safe. Meet in public places, protect your personal details, and report anything that feels wrong.
  • Communicate kindly. No harassment, hate speech, bullying, threats or discrimination — ever.
  • Respect privacy. Never share someone else's phone, address or personal information without consent.
  • Trade fairly. No scams, counterfeit goods, or misleading offers.

What is never allowed

  • Fraud, scams or attempts to deceive other members.
  • Hate speech, harassment, threats or discrimination of any kind.
  • Selling illegal, stolen, unsafe or prohibited goods and services.
  • Impersonating others, fake accounts, or manipulating reviews and ratings.
  • Sharing others' private information, or any exploitation of vulnerable people.

If someone breaks this Code, please report it. We review every report fairly and may warn, restrict or remove accounts to protect the community. You can reach our team any time at support@pulalove.com.
