  • The decision is explained in plain language.
  • Still free. Still no lawyers required.

Tier 3 · Formal resolution

Last resort only
  • Governing law: UK, Botswana or South Africa — whichever is fairest.
  • Location: London, Gaborone, Johannesburg, or fully virtual.
  • Follows LCIA principles, adapted for accessibility.
